You can cancel any order at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery slot for a full refund. After that window, our florists have usually begun preparing your arrangement and we can no longer cancel without a small assembly fee.
Personalised gifts (custom messages, photo cakes, monogrammed hampers) and any item already dispatched cannot be cancelled. If an order is already in transit, please refer to the Returns & Refunds page for the quality-issue process.
Occasionally we may need to cancel an order — a stem becomes unavailable in the morning sourcing, a hill route is closed, or the recipient pincode is outside our reach. If that happens, we will write to you immediately and process a 100% refund the same day. We'll also try our best to offer a comparable alternative before cancelling.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds typically arrive faster (24–48 hours); card refunds may take the full week to reflect, depending on your bank.
