DoonBlooms delivers across Dehradun and the wider Doon Valley — Rajpur Road, Clement Town, Sahastradhara, Race Course, GMS Road, Ballupur, IT Park, Premnagar, Vasant Vihar, Patel Nagar — and up the hills to Mussoorie. Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM IST are eligible for same-day delivery within Dehradun. Orders that miss the cutoff are delivered the next available day. Hill deliveries to Mussoorie are dispatched the same day if placed before 12:00 PM; later orders are scheduled for the following morning to avoid the night descent.
Free delivery on all orders above ₹499 within Dehradun city limits. Below that threshold, a small delivery fee is shown at checkout — never hidden, never added on after payment. Hill deliveries (Mussoorie and beyond) and remote pincodes in the valley may carry a route surcharge, shown transparently before you pay.
Midnight delivery, fixed-time slots, and express two-hour windows attract additional charges, all displayed at checkout for your approval before the payment screen.
For hill routes, we recommend morning or early afternoon slots — hill weather in the evening can be unpredictable, particularly in monsoon and winter.
You'll receive a confirmation email the moment the order is placed, and an out-for-delivery SMS when the rider sets off. If you'd like a more hands-on update — useful for surprise deliveries where you don't want the recipient called — flag it in the order notes and we'll WhatsApp you instead.
If the recipient is unreachable on the first attempt, our rider will wait for up to 15 minutes, then attempt a phone call to you. We re-attempt the same day where possible and once again the next day. After two failed attempts, the order is held at our studio for collection or rescheduling — no extra charge for the first reschedule.
