1. The agreement
By placing an order with DoonBlooms or using doonblooms.com, you agree to the terms set out below. We may update them from time to time — the version live on the site at the moment of your order is the one that applies. Anything that changes meaningfully we'll flag at checkout so you see it before you pay.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
- Flowers are sourced fresh each morning. Substitutions of comparable value and aesthetic may happen when a specific stem is unavailable — we always reach out first if it's a meaningful change.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of a visible pricing error or a stock shortfall. A full refund is processed immediately if we do.
- Order confirmation is subject to availability at the time of dispatch.
3. Delivery
- Same-day delivery across Dehradun and the surrounding Doon Valley is available for orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM IST.
- Delivery time-bands shown at checkout are estimates — we cannot guarantee a precise minute.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather (the Doon monsoon can be vigorous), civic disruption, traffic, or recipient unavailability.
- The recipient (or someone at the delivery address) must be reachable on the phone number provided.
- Free delivery applies on orders above ₹499 within Dehradun city limits. Hill deliveries to Mussoorie and beyond may carry a small surcharge, shown transparently at checkout.
4. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery slot for a full refund.
- Same-day orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, before our florists begin assembly.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Perishable items (flowers, cakes, plants) cannot be returned once delivered — quality concerns are handled under section 5.
5. Quality guarantee
We guarantee fresh, well-arranged flowers on every order. If something arrives damaged or visibly off-brief, please write to us within 2 hours of delivery with a couple of photographs of the issue. We will replace the order or refund it in full — your call, no debate.
6. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (missed occasions, sentimental value, etc.) — please factor that in when choosing same-day windows for time-critical moments.
