Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's our commitment to making things right.

The short version

Flowers are perishable, so physical returns are not practical — but we offer full refunds or free replacements for any genuine quality concern, no debate.

1. When you'll get a refund or replacement

  • Flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or visibly off-brief
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • Significant quality issues with the arrangement (broken stems, missing fillers, the wrong colour palette)
  • Delivery was not attempted on the scheduled date despite the recipient being reachable
  • Items were missing from the order

2. When we cannot offer a refund

  • Natural wilting after 3–5 days — fresh-cut flowers have a finite life
  • Damage caused at the recipient's end after a successful delivery
  • Wrong address provided at checkout (we'll always try to redirect, but cannot guarantee it)
  • Recipient unavailable across multiple attempts and unreachable on the phone number provided
  • Change of mind after a successful delivery

3. How to report a quality issue

Write to us within 2 hours of delivery through the contact page with:

  • Your order ID
  • One or two photographs of the issue (the whole arrangement, not just a single stem)
  • A line on what was off — we'd rather over-fix than miss it

4. What happens next

Our quality team reviews every report. If your case is straightforward we'll approve a refund or replacement the same day. For trickier cases (a custom brief, a sympathy bouquet, a wedding piece) the studio manager calls you personally before deciding. Approved refunds reach your account within 5–7 business days; replacements are usually delivered the same evening or the next morning.

5. Replacement vs refund

It's your call. If the gift was for a particular moment that's now passed, a refund is usually cleaner. If the occasion is still ahead, a replacement is faster than money back. Tell us which you'd prefer when you report the issue.
