Our quality team reviews every report. If your case is straightforward we'll approve a refund or replacement the same day. For trickier cases (a custom brief, a sympathy bouquet, a wedding piece) the studio manager calls you personally before deciding. Approved refunds reach your account within 5–7 business days; replacements are usually delivered the same evening or the next morning.
It's your call. If the gift was for a particular moment that's now passed, a refund is usually cleaner. If the occasion is still ahead, a replacement is faster than money back. Tell us which you'd prefer when you report the issue.
